In 2005 Denson was accredited by the Australian Cinematographers Society allowing him the honour of having the letters ACS after his name. He has shot films that have won awards and screened in most major international film festivals including Sundance, Cannes, Tribecca, Clermont-Ferrand, Flickerfest, Berlin, LA, among others.
